We ship our items from JAPAN. You may be charged fee at the custom in your country.
We can not know whether your packege will be charged or not, and how much it will cost.
In any case, the customs duty is the recipient's responsibility.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the event that you find a product to be defective items, please follow the following steps:
Please contact us and explain to us the nature of the defect in detail.
(Please do not return the product unless instructed by us do so.)
If a defect exists we will ask you to return the product to us using a courier of our choice.
Please use the original packaging and include any items and documents that
were originally included in the package.
Once we receive the goods and confirm the defect, we will reimburse you for the amount you paid for delivery and arrange to send you a brand-new product
(provided that a replacement is available on the market.)
